Debbie Haag
Treatment Coordinator & Practice Administrator
Debbie, Dr. Haag’s wife, is the Treatment Coordinator and Practice Administrator for Creekview Dental. She meets with patients to determine their goals and guide them through the treatment process. She received a business management degree from Luther College in Decorah, IA and worked at a computer consulting company for 7 years before their children were born. Debbie enjoys reading, volunteering at her church, photography and driving the ski boat.

Kristine, RDH
Dental Assistant
Kristine joined our team in 2020. She has been in dentistry since 2011. She came to us with extensive experience from a large Oral Surgery practice. She assists Dr Haag and currently works with most of our Invisalign patients. She does a great job answering our patient’s questions and making them comfortable.

Patient Coordinator
Janis has enjoyed working in the Dental field for 20+ years and we’re proud to say that Creekview Dental has been her home since 1999! She compiles and maintains new and existing patient data, schedules appointments and makes sure you feel welcome in our friendly office. She and her husband Greg have 4 children and are blessed with many grandchildren. Her favorite hobby is singing and composing Contemporary Christian music. She also enjoys camping, BBQs and bonfires with her family.
